		<description>Dru - You can absolutely make this without the rum.  I actually couldn&#039;t taste the rum at all ... it&#039;s added primarily to prevent the sorbet from freezing too hard (alcohol, like sugar, inhibits freezing).  Anyway, you could certainly make this without the rum, and it won&#039;t affect the taste ... *possibly* it will affect the texture, but not much. :)</description>
